WHEN PLACING AN ORDER: Please be sure all your shipping information is correct and complete. Incomplete shipping information may result in additional address correction charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to delivery address changes during the transit.

SUBSTITUTIONS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: While we make every effort to keep all advertised items in stock, we will occasionally run out of a certain item due to an unexpected rush or a back order at the supplier. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute a like product, modify your order, or cancel your order. If this should happen, we will work diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. In the event we are unable to fill your order within 30 days, we will notify you of your options, including your right to cancel. Backordered items incur no additional shipping charges and your account will not be charged until the item is shipped During this time, your order will be placed “on hold” until we hear from you. If we do not hear back from you with 24 hours and we have 50% or more of your order in stock, we will ship the items we have in stock and keep your order “on Hold’ until the remaining items can be fulfilled.

RETURN POLICY: Here at The Charm of Dresden, we realize the risk you take when ordering a product on line. However, we are so proud of the quality of our merchandise that we back every sale with a “100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply call or email us within 14 days of receipt of the product for a return authorization and return the product with 14 days from the date you received the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

Clearance items are not included in this return policy and and non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please note all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and without any damage. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN USED OR DAMAGED. Although we check all our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of any defect. All defects must be reported to us via E-mail with 7 days from the date your received the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the 7-day period is over.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS: We want you to be satisfied with all of the purchases you make at The Charm of Dresden. If you need to exchange an item, simply return the item to our store and we will ship your exchange at no additional charge. If you would like to return an item, kindly ship the item back to our store with 30 days of the purchase for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you decide you no not want your purchase and want to return it, we must receive the item (s) back in new and original condition withn 15 days. The item must be received back with original packaging, not damaged, used or worn and have the original tags and package matierials with them.

SHIPPING: All orders placed before 1pm EST Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day as long as the inventory is in store.

We ship only by USPS Priority Mail at this time per your shipping confirmation. Tracking is not available by this carrier.

Shipping is a flat fee of $6.95 per order plus $2.00 per pound for continental US destinations excluding shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. If shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, you will be contacted when your order is packaged and weighed with the cost of shipping. At that time, if you choose not to ship your order we will be more than happy to comply with your request. You can certainly request shipping by any method (such as UPS Next Day Air) other than US Postal Service, UPS or FED Ed Ground, but $6.95 shipping charges will NOT apply. You will be contacted when your order is packaged and weighed with the cost of shipping according to the method your request.

We are not currently shipping outside of the United States. If there are special circumstances that you would like to discuss with us concerning international shipping, Please contact us. We reserve the right to choose our shipping method by US Postal service, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on weight and destination. Please Note: The system is formated for a flat $6.95 charge at this time. But whenever possible we will lower the cost and notify you of the change. This is especially true on lower priced and smaller items ie. jewelry.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? In stock items ship within 24-48 hours from when the order is received. If an item is on backorder you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. You could then choose to wait for your order or cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day.
