Hi there, I'm Krysten and God brought me to the Charm in April of 2011. I am blessed to lead this wonderful business. I LOVE my job and take pleasure in making The Charm a place where peace and fellowship abound. I am surrounded by a team that shares our common vision, to bless those that we serve. Psalm 37:4 says "delight yourself in The Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart." This is a scripture that couldn't be more relevant to my life's work. My passion for sales started at a very young age. While my friends were playing "school", I was playing "store". At age 18, I was working for a department store selling fashion and make up. A decade later I joined the management ranks at a "big dog" retailer. While I learned a lot, my passion for fashion was not being fed. That is when I was given the "desire of my heart", to work in a trendy boutique, in a quaint town, where Christ is the center. I love that everyday I am able to witness and share God's love. Whether you shop in the store, on our website, or by phone, know that your business is valued and I will take great care in helping you find what you desire!

Alyssa Ginikos - Selling Specialist

Hi, I'm Alyssa and I have worked at The Charm since June 2011. I love my job because of the people I get to work with and all of our amazing customers. My favorite thing about working at The Charm is the inviting atmosphere we have in our store. Our customers come in as strangers and leave as new friends. I love every product we have at The Charm, but to narrow it down I am obsessed with Island Cowgirl and Spartina. I love Island Cowgirl because of the message each piece of Jewelry brings and I love Spartina because of how unique and colorful it is! Bev Holbrook - Selling Specialist since 2011

Hi! My name is Bev. I joined this wonderful business in October of 2011. My passion has always been for health and beauty, both inside and out! I am also a skin care consultant with a company called Tzone. As much as I enjoy doing that I still felt led to do more, and I was then led to the Charm of Dresden. One of my favorite verses in the bible is "In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight," Proverbs 3:6. He definitely led me here. There are so many things about the "Charm" that I love. One product line in particular is Spartina. They have so many beautiful things, and a portion of the sales go to Dafuski Island Historical Society. We have many unique items in the store and many American made products. I am proud to be a part of this team, "The Charm Sisters!" Come and spend some time in our relaxing and refreshing atmosphere here at The Charm of Dresden. Allison Brown - Selling Specialist since 2011

Hi, my name is Allison, and I started working at The Charm in August 2011. It seems funny to even call it “working”. Spending a day at The Charm is like having a Ladies'-Day-Out, where I get to browse through pretty bracelets, try on scarves, and play with Kameleon Jewel Pops. But The Charm isn’t just an accessory store; it is a place where friends meet to sit in comfy chairs and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. It is where a customer gets honest advice on whether that silver fringed scarf is too much for her frame and are pointed towards the perfect completer piece for her day-to-evening dress. When our customers come to see us, they don’t just pass through. They linger to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, soulful music, and spectacular inventory that The Charm offers. This is why I like “working” here, it is an awesome feeling to be in a place that emanates tranquility and encourages self-pampering. We ladies deserve to have a spot like this, and the fact that The Charm is always full of the newest “oh-I-just-have-to-have-it” items is just an added bonus!

I'm Tina! I have been buying jewlery for Pugh's Diamond Jewlers since 2004, so when Patrick Pugh purchased the Charm of Dresden in 2011, I jumped at the chance to pick out pretty things for the Charm. I love to travel and find new and exciting products for The Charm. Getting to find "up and coming" new designers and MADE IN AMERICA products is what Krysten and I search for. We try very hard to live up to our slogan "a charming and inspirational place to shop." Right now I'm loving the Goodworks bracelets and pick-up-sticks mix and match necklaces.
